Before Your Journey: Safety Starts Early

Verified & Trained Personal Drivers

Every DriveU driver undergoes a verification process before being allowed on the platform, including ID verification and background checks. All DriveU drivers hold valid driving licenses, have years of driving experience, and receive guidance on delivering excellent service. We also ensure they are well-rested, alert, and professional behind the wheel.

Choosing the Right Driver

Our app offers two categories:

DriveU Plus: Top-rated, highly experienced drivers with strong reviews.
DriveU Classic: Background-verified, trained professionals you can trust.

You can also share your car’s model to help us match you with the most suitable driver.

Once your driver is assigned, make sure you're at the pickup location on time. Need to get in touch? You can call your driver via the app — your number stays hidden, and conversations are securely recorded.

Verify Before You Hand Over the Keys

When your driver arrives, you can view their photo, name, and ratings on the app. Tap on their profile to learn how long they’ve been driving with us.

Why does this matter?

Because matching the person in front of you with the one shown in the app ensures you're riding with a verified professional. Feel free to ask them to confirm your name and drop location too — it’s part of the process.

Special Travel Needs

Travelling with kids? Use appropriate child seats securely fastened.

Bringing a pet? Ensure it’s safely secured and won’t distract the driver.
