Looking for a premium yet affordable way to move around the city, whether you live here or you're visiting India? DriveU Reserve makes it simple. Here's everything you need to know for your first trip.
Before you Reserve
Download the DriveU app from the App Store or Google Play Store. You can also reserve from our web portal, designed to make booking easier for international travellers to India.
Once you have the app, log in and tap the Reserve icon under Services. That takes you to the Reserve page, where you can book a car and chauffeur for airport transfers, city travel or outstation trips in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Chennai, Kochi, Chandigarh, and Jaipur.
How to book
Choose your trip type: Pick how you're travelling: an airport transfer, city travel by the hour, or an outstation trip.
Set your pickup date and time: Reserve is pre-booked travel, so bookings open a minimum of four hours ahead of pickup.
Pick your car: The Explore Rides page shows what's available for your trip, with the fare for each. Choose based on how many people are travelling and how much luggage you're carrying — the Dzire for one or two passengers, the Innova Crysta or Hycross for a family, the Urbania for a group of 10 or 12.\
Add your addresses and review the fare: Enter your pickup point and destination. Before you pay, you'll see what's included: the distance covered in the base fare, the rate beyond it, and any driver allowance or state permit charges on outstation trips.
You can also add instructions here: If you've booked the car for your parents, say so. If you want your chauffeur waiting at the airport with a name card, ask for it.
Confirm and pay: Make the advance payment and your booking is confirmed straight away. You'll receive the details by SMS, WhatsApp and in the app.
When your Reserve arrives
The car arrives clean, prepared and pre-cooled. Every vehicle is driven by a professionally trained chauffeur, trained in service and etiquette.
Through the ride, the route and the stops are yours. Reserve for a few hours or across several days, and travel as the day requires.
Want to stop for a coffee before heading out to Bannerghatta National Park? Just ask your chauffeur to pull over and wait.
