🏔️🏖️ Drivers for Outstation Trips
DriveU assigns a trained, tested and professional car driver for your outstation holiday trips or weekend getaways.
➡️ One-Way: Pickup location and Drop location are in different cities. Driver drops the customer and car at the destination when trip is completed. The charges are higher because our driver-partner has to make his travel arrangements to come back.
🔄 Round-Trip: Pickup location and Drop location are in the same city. Driver drives back the customer from the destination to the source city. The charges are lower as compared to One-Way.
🕰️ Trip Duration
- Outstation One-Way Trips - Starts from a minimum of 04 hours to up to 18 hours.
- Outstation Round Trips - Starts from a minimum of 12 hours to up to 5 days.
- You can plan your trip duration based on your destination and requirements.
🔀 Booking Modifications
- Booking once started can't be modified. Booking changes are only allowed until before the driver is assigned. If you have any questions, you can use the Support feature under Accounts in the app to chat with our customer support.
- If an Outstation Round Trip is booked and it ends as One-Way, the charges will be as per Outstation One Way (Additional Usage Charges will be incurred for change in trip type).
🏷️ Final Fares
- It is always advised to check fares on the DriveU app before placing a request.
- Fares get adjusted based on Additional Usage Charges.
- DriveU app has the option to estimate your trip in advance before you request a driver.
➕⏰ Additional Usage Charges
- Round Trip: If the trip extends beyond the estimated time, extra charges of ₹60 per hour will be applicable.
- One-Way: If the trip extends beyond the estimated time, extra charges of ₹99 per hour will be applicable. For 04 to 12 hours, the extra charges will be only applicable after 12 hours of usage.
🍛 🛌 Driver Food & Accommodation
- Drivers will need your support with food and accommodation. Please provide both while on the trip.
🚫 Cancellation Charges
- Cancelling the trip after the driver has begun the journey to the pickup location, may result in a cancellation fee, following a 5-minute grace period.
